This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the privacy practices of Lace Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Lace”), and the ways we collect, store, use, and protect your personal and non-personal information on our website (“Website(s)”) which links to this Policy including, without limitation, www.lace.ai and all of the products and services contained on those Websites, software, and mobile applications (Collectively, “Services”) regardless of where you visit or access them from.
This Policy governs your access to the Services regardless of how you access them, and by using our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure, and other uses described in this Policy. By using our Website, Mobile Application, and/or Services, you agree to the collection, storage, and use of information and data in accordance with this Policy. We recommend that you read this Policy carefully when using our Websites, mobile application, and/or Services, or when transacting with us. By using our Websites, mobile application, and/or Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Policy.

Lace operates lace.ai and may operate other websites or apps. It is Lace’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our Services.
Lace values its users’ privacy. This Policy will help you understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our Website or mobile application or make use of our online facilities and Services, and what we will and what we will not do with the information we collect. Our Policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Lace of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet, but to exceed, most existing privacy standards. This Policy (which describes Lace’s privacy and data processing practices) does not apply to the privacy and data processing practices of our customers. You are not legally required to provide us with any personal data. If you do not wish to provide us with your personal data, or to have it processed by us or any of our service providers, please do not provide it to us and avoid any interaction with us or with our Website, or use our Services.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any given time. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page. If at any point Lace decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner significantly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the User or Users of our Services (“you,” “user,” or “users”) shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.
This Policy applies to use of our Websites, mobile applications, and all of our Services, and it governs any and all data collection and usage by Lace. Through the use of our Services, you are therefore consenting to the data collection procedures expressed in this Policy.
Please note that this Policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that Lace does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by Lace. If you visit a website that we mention or link to, be sure to review its privacy policy before providing that website with information. It is highly recommended and suggested that you review the privacy policies and statements of any website you choose to use or frequent to better understand the way in which websites garner, make use of, and share the information collected. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy and/or data collection procedures of any websites to which our Websites and/or Services links or refers.
- INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
When you register for an account, we collect information, including your name, email address, position at your company, home or business address, phone number, credit card and/or bank account details. The information we collect from you will be stored as set forth on our Data Security Policy. We use the information you provide and the information we collect to create your account, through which we will provide the Services for which you registered, and for the purpose of contacting you for providing technical support related to the Services. We collect information from individuals who visit the Website, mobile application, and/or use the Services (“Visitors”). You do not need to register for the Services in order to review the content on the Website or mobile application as a Visitor. The information described in this paragraph is referred to collectively as “Personal Information.”
- PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a. All of the different forms of data, content, conversations, voice call recordings, video calls and information described above and below are collectively referred to as “Information.” We may collect and store the following Information when you access the Services.
b. It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right to not register you as a user or provide you with any products or Services. Our Services collect various types of information, such as:
i. Voluntarily provided information which may include your name, address, email address, billing and/or credit card information, etc. which may be used when you purchase products and/or services and to deliver the Services you have requested.
ii. Information automatically collected when visiting our Websites, using our mobile application, and/or using our Services, which may include cookies, third-party tracking technologies, server logs and our communications with such individuals (correspondences, conversations, voice call recordings, and transcriptions and analyses thereof).
c. In addition, Lace may have the occasion to collect non-personally identifiable anonymous demographic information, such as age, gender, household income, political affiliation, and race and religion, as well as the type of browser you are using, IP address, or type of operating system, which will assist us in providing and in maintaining superior quality service.
d. Lace may also deem it necessary from time to time to follow websites that our users may frequent to determine what types of services and products may be the most popular to customers or to the general public.
e. Please rest assured that this Website, mobile application, and/or Services will only collect Personal Information that you knowingly and willingly provide to us by way of surveys, completed membership forms, content uploads (including, but not limited to, video recordings, webcam recordings, microphone recordings, and files), and emails. It is the intent of this Website, mobile application, and/or Services to use Personal Information only for the purpose for which it was requested or provided, and for any additional uses specifically provided for on this Policy.
- INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
a. We collect Information related to your device and its software when using the Services automatically, including Internet Protocol IP address, type of operating system, number of folders, files that are shared, names of folders and files, upload and download status, history of versions of files, configuration information of the Services and/or software installed on your device, times at which you accessed server software, number of messages sent by you or your clients, and times at which these messages were sent. We use this information for the purpose of diagnostics and troubleshooting to be able to provide quality support and maintenance to our customers. We store this information as provided in our Data Security Policy. As is true of most websites, we gather certain non-personally identifiable information from your device and its software when using the Services automatically and store that information in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service providers (ISP), referring/exit pages, information you search for on our Websites, mobile applications and/or Services, your mobile carrier, operating system, system configuration information, date/time stamp, click stream data, and other fields. We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the Services, to track users’ movements around the Services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
- FILES
a. We collect and store the computer files you upload, download, or access with the Services (“Files”). Your Files can be downloaded and accessed by the users with whom you share the folders containing the Files by providing their email address on the Services.
- WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION AND FOR HOW LONG
a. We are collecting your data for several reasons:
i. To better understand your needs and to provide you with the Services you require and/or request;
ii. To fulfill our legitimate interest in improving and troubleshooting our Services and our products;
iii. To send you promotional emails containing information we think you may like when we have your consent to do so;
iv. To contact you to fill out surveys or to participate in other types of market research, when we have your consent to do so;
v. To customize the Services according to your online behavior and your personal preferences
b. The data we collect from you will be stored for no longer than necessary. The length of time we retain said information will be determined based upon the following criteria: the length of time your personal information remains relevant; the length of time it is reasonable to keep records to demonstrate that we have fulfilled our duties and obligations; any limitation periods within which claims might be made; any retention periods proscribed by law or recommended by regulators, professional bodies, or associations; the type of contract we have with you; the existence of your consent; and our legitimate interest in keeping such information as stated in this Policy.
c. As we offer our Services directly to our end users and our Services offer many different experiences, we need to collect and process Information so that:
i. Users can subscribe or register to use our Services online;
ii. We can send users any information they have asked us for or answer their questions;
iii. We can ask users to give us feedback on our Services through questionnaires and surveys;
iv. We can provide our users with relevant marketing information about our Services;
v. To improve and supplement our matching algorithms; display relevant public facing information for user profiles (such as professional data and videos/images) to other users on the platform, analytical purposes, and/or marketing purposes.
- SHARING OF INFORMATION
a. We may share the Information we collect about you as described in this Policy or as described at the time of collection or sharing, including as follows:
i. With third-party service providers to enable them to provide the Services you request, such as channel partners, Application developers, and/or analytics
ii. With the general public if you submit content in a public forum (such as through social media websites such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) for reviews, comments, and social media posts, or with other features of our Services that are viewable by the general public;
iii. With third parties with whom you choose to let us share Information, for example other Applications or websites that integrate with our API or Services, or those with an API or Services with which we integrate.
b. Lace will share no more Information than is necessary to enable third-party providers to provide the Services requested.
- USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
a. Lace does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties.
b. Lace may collect and may make use of Personal and Non-Personal Information to assist in the operation of the Services, and to ensure delivery of the Services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally-identifiable information as a means of keeping you informed of other possible products and/or Services that may be available to you from our Websites or mobile applications.
c. Lace will only use or disclose a user's personally identifiable information with that user's express consent. Users are not automatically opted-in to such consent, and must expressly consent to use or disclosure of their personally identifiable information when using the Websites, Services, and/or mobile Application.
d. Lace may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future Services that may be offered.
- e. If a user opt-in and consent to the activation of conversation recording, voice call recording feature in their own calls recorded through the Services, then such recordings may be used to identify and note such users’ participation on such recorded calls, until the feature is deactivated by the user.
f. Lace uses various third-party social media features and other interactive programs. These may collect your IP address and require cookies to work properly. These services are governed by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within Lace’s control.
- DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
a. Lace may not use or disclose the Information provided by you except under the following circumstances:
i. As necessary to provide Services or products you have requested;
ii. In other ways described in this Policy or to which you have otherwise consented;
iii. In the aggregate with other information in such a way so that your identify cannot reasonably be determined;
iv. As required by, or in response to, a subpoena or search warrant;
v. To outside auditors who have agreed to keep the Information confidential;
vi. As necessary to enforce the Terms of Service;
vii. As necessary to maintain, safeguard, and preserve all the rights and properties of Lace;
viii. To our partners, service providers, business customers, event sponsors, subsidiaries, and affiliates as needed to provide the Services and/or meet the goals and objectives of this Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Service.
b. Lace may disclose your Information:
i. To any person who, in our reasonable judgment, is authorized to receive your Information as your agent, including as a result of your business dealings with that person (for example, your attorney)
ii. To our third-party partners, employees, agents and service providers so that they may provide support for our internal and business operations, including handling of data processing; data verification; data storage; surveys; research; internal marketing; delivery of promotional, marketing, and transaction materials; and our Services maintenance and security. These companies are authorized to use your Information only as necessary to provide these Services to us and are contractually obligated to keep your Information confidential;
iii. As we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, if we believe that you are violating any applicable law, rule, or registration, or are otherwise interfering with another’s rights or property, including, without limitation, our rights and property;
iv. If requested by authorities in the event of any act of terrorism or instance of local, regional, or national emergency
v. To enforce our Terms of Service, this Policy, and any other applicable agreements and policies, and;
vi. To enforce or protect our rights.
c. When we disclose Personal Information for a business purpose or a commercial purpose, Lace enters into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Information confidential and to not use it for any purpose except for performing that contract.
- COMPLIANCE
a. We may access, read, preserve, and disclose any Information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order, or protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our employees, our users, or others.
- ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHERS
a. We may allow others to provide user measurement and analytics services for us, to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet, and to track and report on the performance of those advertisements. These estimates may use cookies, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs), and other technologies to identify your device when you visit our Websites, use our Application, and/or use our Services, as well as when you visit other websites and services.
- NON-MARKETING PURPOSES
a. Lace greatly respects your privacy. We do maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as bug alerts, security breaches, account issues, and/or changes to Lace products and Services). In certain circumstances, we may use the Websites, Services, newspapers, or other public means to post a notice.
- CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18
a. The Services are not directed to, and does not knowingly collect, personally-identifiable Information from children under the age of eighteen (18). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of eighteen (18), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such Information is deleted from our system’s database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such Information. Anyone under the age of eighteen (18) must seek and obtain parent or legal guardian permission to use the Services.
- YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and object to processing of your Personal Information. If you wish to: (1) update, alter, delete, or obtain a copy of your Personal Information that we hold; (2) restrict or stop us from using any of the Personal Information which we hold about you, including by withdrawing any consent you have previously given to the processing of such Information, unsubscribing, or opting-out; or (3) where any Personal Information has been processed on the basis of your consent or as necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party, request a copy of such Personal Information in a suitable format, email Lace at the address indicated at the end of this Policy. We endeavor to respond to such requests within a month or less, although we reserve the right to extend this period for complex requests and due to other circumstances.
b. Please note that, if you request that we restrict or stop using Information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you have previously given to the processing of such Information, this may affect our ability to provide Services to you or negatively impact the Services we can provide to you and your experience of the Websites or mobile application. We reserve the right to deny you access for any reason permitted under applicable laws. Such exemptions may include national security, corporate finance, and confidential references. If we deny you access or correction, we will provide you with written reasons for such denial unless it is unreasonable to do so and, where required by local data protection laws, will note your request and the denial of same in our records.
- LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
a. Our Websites and Services may contain links to affiliates, third parties, and other websites. Lace does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices, and/or procedures of other such affiliates, third parties, and websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and Visitors to be aware when they leave our Websites, and encourage all users and Visitors to read the privacy policies of every website that collects Personally-Identifiable information. This Policy applies only and solely to the information collected by Lace’s Websites and Services.
- SECURITY
a. Lace takes precautions to protect your Information. When you submit sensitive information via the Services, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (e.g., credit card information), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the webpage. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the Information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to Personally-Identifiable Information. The computers and servers in which we store Personally-Identifiable Information are kept in a secure environment. This is done to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of the user’s Personal Information under our control.

- WEBSITE VISITORS
a. Like most website operators, Lace collects Non-Personally-Identifying Information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Lace’s purpose in collecting Non-Personally-Identifying Information is to better understand how Lace’s users and Visitors use its Websites and/or Services.
b. Lace also collects potentially Personally-Identifying Information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged-in users and for users leaving comments on lace.ai. Lace only discloses logged-in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses Personally-Identifying Information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog and/or website where the comment was left.
- GATHERING OF PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
a. Certain visitors to Lace’s Websites and Services choose to interact with Lace in ways that require Lace to gather Personally-Identifying Information. The amount and type of information that Lace gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask Visitors who sign up at lace.ai to provide their full name, username, password, and email address. Those who engage in transactions with Lace are asked to provide additional information, including when necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Lace collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the Visitor’s of user's interaction with Lace. Lace does not disclose Personally-Identifying Information other than as described below. And, Visitors and users can always refuse to supply Personally-Identifying Information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related or Service-related activities.
- AGGREGATED STATISTICS
a. Lace may collect statistics about the behavior of Visitors and users of its Websites, mobile applications and Services. Lace may display this Information publicly or provide it to others. Lace does not disclose Personally-Identifying Information other than as described below.
- PROTECTION OF CERTAIN PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
a. Lace discloses potentially Personally-Identifying and Personally-Identifying Information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that: (1) need to know that Information in order to process it on Lace’s behalf or to provide the Services available at Lace’s Websites or mobile applications, and (2) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country. By using Lace’s Websites, mobile applications, and/or Services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Lace will not rent or sell potentially Personally-Identifying and Personally-Identifying Information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations, as described above, Lace discloses potentially Personally-Identifying and Personally-Identifying Information only in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request, or when Lace believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Lace, third parties, or the public at large. If you are a registered user of Lace's Websites, mobile application and/or Service, and have supplied your email address, Lace may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what is going on with Lace and Lace’s products and Services. If you send us a request (for example, via email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Lace takes all measures reasonably necessary satisfy your request or to help us support other users. Lace takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially Personally-Identifying and Personally-Identifying Information.
- COOKIES
a. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the websites each time the visitor returns. Lace uses cookies to help us identify and track usage of our Websites and/or Services, and to identify and track Website access preferences requested by Lace Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers. The latter should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Lace’s Websites and/or Services, with the drawback that certain features of Lace’s Websites and/or Services may not function properly without the aid of cookies. Refusing all cookies may result In the Websites, Services, or Applications being unable to function properly or at all.
b. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track user activity on the Services and to store certain Information and are used to perform certain pieces of functionality of the Websites, Services, and/or Applications. Tracking technologies used include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track Information and to improve and analyze the Services. The technologies we use may include:
i. COOKIES OR BROWSER COOKIES. You can instruct your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our Services. Unless you have adjusted your browser settings so that it will refuse cookies, our Services may use cookies. ii. WEB BEACONS. Certain sections of our Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Lace, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email, and to analyze other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of a certain section and of verifying system and server integrity).
c. Cookies can be “Persistent” or “Session” Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on your personal computer or mobile device when you go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as you close your web browser.
- HOW WE USE INFORMATION
a. PERSONAL INFORMATION. Personal Information including name, email address, phone number, and address may be used: (1) to set up your account to provide the Services for which you registered; (2) to provide and to improve our Services; (3) to better understand your needs and your interests; and (4) to personalize and to improve your experience while using the Services.
b. SERVICES-RELATED NOTIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS. We will send you notifications related to the Services as necessary to administer your use of the Services. For example, we will send you email notifications when your account is setup, when a password is required to be sent, or when a bill has become due. We will send you email notifications as we add software updates to our Services. These emails are necessary for the maintenance of your account with us and cannot be disabled as long as your account is active.
c. BUSINESS INFORMATION. Customers use our Services to upload and share computer files that may contain business data, financial information, project data, architectural designs, etc., related to their business (“Business Information”). That Business Information is considered confidential to our Customers. Lace will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Business Information except for the purpose of resolving a problem, providing customer support, or to investigate a suspected violation of our business.
d. BILLING INFORMATION. All billing information that we collect, including credit card and bank details, is used solely to bill for our Services. Lace uses a third-party credit card processor to assist us in processing customer payments. This processing partner is not permitted to store, retain, or use the Personally- Identifiable Information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing or collecting payments.
e. SPECIAL OFFERS AND UPDATES. With your prior express consent, we will occasionally send you new information regarding our Websites, Services, webinars, or new product offerings. We will use your Personal Information to send these communications to you. Out of respect for your privacy, you must expressly opt-in to receiving these types of communications if you prefer to hear from us. We will not send you said information otherwise. After receiving your consent to receive said information, you may opt-out of this service at any time and for any reason, and we will immediately cease sending such information to you.
- EMAIL MARKETING
a. We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send to you or by contacting us. We may use Email Marketing Service Providers to manage and send emails to you if you have Indicated that you would like to receive these communications.
- BEHAVIORAL REMARKETING
a. Lace uses remarketing services to advertise to you after you have registered, accessed, visited, or used our Services. We and our third-party vendors use cookies and non-cookie technologies to help us recognize your device and understand how you use our Services so that we can improve our Services to reflect interest and serve you advertisements that are likely to be of more interest to you.
b. These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process, and transfer information about your activity on our Services in accordance with their privacy policies and to enable us to:
i. Measure and analyze traffic and browsing activity on our Services;
ii. Show advertisements for our products and/or Services to you on third-party websites or applications; and
iii. Measure and analyze the performance of our advertising campaigns.
c. Some of these third-party vendors may use non-cookie technologies that may not be impacted by browser settings that block cookies. If your browser may not permit you to block such technologies, you can use the following third-party tools to decline the collection and use of information for the purpose of serving you interest-based advertising.
d. You may opt-out of all personalized advertising by enabling privacy features on your mobile device such as Limit Ad Tracking (iOS) and Opt Out of Ads Personalization (Android). See your mobile Help system for more information.
e. We may share information, such as hashed email addresses (if available) or other online identifiers collected on our Services with these third-party vendors (hashing is an encryption form which converts data through a formula, translating It into an easily findable or swappable code, string, or value). This allows our third-party vendors to recognize and deliver you advertisements across devices and browsers. - WHO HAS ACCESS TO INFORMATION
a. We do not sell any of your Personal Information or Non-Personal Information. Entities listed in this section adhere to confidentiality and security measures, have been made aware of this Policy, and have executed non-disclosure agreements with Lace.
b. Employees and independent contractors of Lace have access to the Information on a need-to-know basis, for the purpose of software development, testing, diagnostics, bug fixing, customer support, and for other such purposes. Employees and independent contractors are covered by and adhere to this Policy.
- BUSINESS PARTNERS
a. We provide access to some of the Information for our business partners who have executed the required confidentiality agreements with us for the purpose of testing and supporting Lace products and Services. These business partners are not permitted to retain, share, store, or use your Information for any purpose other than to complete the contracted assignment and under obligations similar to those in this Policy.
- THIRD PARTIES
a. We may employ or use trusted third parties to act on our behalf regarding our Services, including, but not limited to, providing marketing support, providing analysis, and providing public relations. These third parties may have access to your Information. However, such third parties are not permitted to retain, share, store, or use your Information for any other purpose other than to complete the contracted assignment and under obligations similar to those in this Policy. From time to time, we may provide Services, or sell product lines jointly with selected business partners. We DO NOT share Personal Information with third parties for unknown reasons.

Your Information will be stored on Firebase's secure and dedicated third-party cloud storage and on data storage and processing systems maintained by Lace through Amazon AWS.

We strive to implement and maintain reasonable, industry-standard secure storage technologies, and commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the Information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Sensitive Information is encrypted and website connections are protected using secure socket layer (SSL) technology with a minimum of 128-bit symmetric encryption and a 1024-bit authenticated key agreement. Our Websites, mobile applications, and/or Services are hosted on a secure server environment that uses multi-layer, perimeter security including firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. However, we cannot ensure or warrant 100% security of any Information you provide to us or guarantee that Information on the Websites, mobile applications and/or Services may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized persons, or hardware or software failure. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your Information to provide you Services, you may delete your account by signing into your account at the Lace website and selecting “Close Account.” In most cases we will close your account within 48 hours of your request. In some cases, we may close your account after validating your request to avoid erroneous closures resulting in the loss of Information. After your account is closed, files uploaded to your account will be deleted after 30 days, if there are no other users sharing and using these files.
- PROTECTION ACT (CALOPPA)
a. Our Services do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.
b. However, some third-party websites do keep track of your browsing activities. If you are visiting such websites, you can set your preferences in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable DNT by visiting the preferences or settings page of your web browser.
